Market Valuations

Valuations are not the same as formal appraisals.  Appraisal fees may range between $5,000 to $25,000, or more, depending upon the amount of time required to develop a formal report.  For litigation support or tax planning, you should choose to commission a formal appraisal.  We will be happy to introduce you to the most qualified appraiser based on your needs.

Our valuations are written for clients who have a working knowledge of the subject company; therefore, details required to satisfy the reporting requirements of the standards boards governing appraisers, are omitted.  The Valuator will select only those methods he/she feels best demonstrate the company’s value. 

 

 

 

 

Valuation or Appraisal?
