Engagement: Seek road construction related company with market capitalization between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 for acquiring Client Company.  The Acquisition Candidate could be a paving contractor, a road base mining concern, an asphalt mix plant or other industry specific entity.

 

1) Survey Market: We determined 152 potential target companies existed within a 55 mile radius around the Acquirer’s headquarters.

2) Execute Search: Through a methodical 2 month process we were able to interview 52 of the potential acquisition candidates.
